About Campbell County Court Docket

Campbell County court dockets are divided among county trial courts, the Clerk and Master, and municipal clerks. Tennessee has no single public statewide trial-court search that joins them. This private reference site organizes the official portals, office contacts, and request routes so readers can start with the custodian that actually holds a Campbell County record.

Why We Built This Site

Tennessee court records are public subject to court rules and specific confidentiality limits, yet finding the right Campbell County custodian takes care. Bobby W. Vann's Circuit Court Clerk office serves Circuit, Criminal, General Sessions, and Juvenile Courts. Dennis Potter, the Clerk and Master, maintains Chancery and probate-related files. Municipal clerks keep city dockets, while Tennessee Public Case History covers appellate courts rather than local trial cases. The site brings those distinctions, official links, request methods, and search fields into one clear route.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Tennessee court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They operate their own services, choose their prices, and control their results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports free access to this reference site. Campbell County Court Docket does not set those charges or control the records returned.
